All chair covers, sashes and table centres (including but not exclusively mirrors,
vases ,bowls, artificial flowers and tea light holders) remain the property of

The hirer is the person named on the booking form. The hirer shall be solely
responsible for the hired goods, not the venue/hotel or any other third party.

The hire period is 24 hours and may be extended at the hirer’s discretion for which a
charge may be made.

A non refundable deposit of £50.00 will be required to secure a booking. (Cheques payable to EventZing, Cash or Bank transfer are all acceptable)The balance is payable four weeks before the hire. If a booking is cancelled more than four weeks before the hire no further payment is due. Within four weeks full payment
becomes due.

A £100 returnable damages deposit is payable with the final balance, we
recommend a cheque (payable to EventZing) dated the day of the wedding.

Organza Sash - £5.00
Table Runner - £8.00
Swag - £40.00
Red Carpet - £150.00
Table Plan Holder and Stand - £20.00
Mirror - £10.00
Fish Bowl - £10.00
Artificial flowers: £7.00 per centre
Diamante Buckle - £3.00

Tea light holders - £1.00

Shortages and damages* to hired goods will be charged at their full replacement
value, and no substitute item will be accepted by EventZing. The Owner reserves
the right to also charge the Hirer loss of profit on the lost future hire of the said
goods. The Hirer may request in writing the return (and bear the cost thereof) of any
damaged goods within 14 days of the Hirer being informed by phone, Email or
writing of any such damage. Otherwise the said items will be disposed of.

EventZing will not be held liable for any injury or damage to persons or property
during the period of all items hired.

Final numbers for quantity of chair covers and colour of sash should be confirmed
with the final balance.

Last minute orders. We can accept last minute orders depending on availability. Full
payment is required at time of booking for orders required within 4 weeks.

Minor food & drink stains on the covers, swag or sashes and minor shoe damage round the bottom of the chair covers
is acceptable and will not be charged for, however more serious marking such as vomit, oil, candle wax,
crayon, marker pens, footprints on the seat, burns and rips or if the cover has been dragged along the
 floor/outside etc. Breakages of any kind to our accesories will also be charged.
